Mr. Ajay Vyas serves as an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA. With over 32 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, Mr. Vyas has held several key leadership roles, including Executive Director at UCO Bank, Kolkata; Field General Manager at the Central Bank of India in Bhopal and Chandigarh; and Zonal Manager at the Central Bank of India. He has also served as Deputy General Manager for Transaction Banking at the Central Bank of India in Lucknow, overseeing areas such as Marketing, ATMs, New Initiatives, and Credit Cards.

In addition, Mr. Vyas has served as a Director on the boards of several institutions, including the Central Warehousing Corporation (New Delhi), Central Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank (Chhindwara, MP), and the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (Bhopal, MP). He also served as the Convener of the State Level Bankers’ Committee at the Central Bank of India, Bhopal. His broad expertise in banking operations and governance significantly contributes to the strategic oversight of the Company.
