Mr. Ninad Patel serves as the Vice President – Finance & Accounts. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law. With over 14 years of extensive experience in functions such as finance, accounts, commercial, legal etc., Mr. Patel is dedicated to developing robust financial strategies that support the Company’s growth and long-term stability.

His professional background spans diverse sectors, including real estate, project management consultancy (PMC), retail, and oil & gas. Most recently, he served as the Head of Finance for a retail-tech startup. As a key member of the leadership team, Mr. Patel oversees the Company’s Commercial and Finance & Accounts functions, playing a critical role in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
